The reason for this is that it will help you fit nicer into the lending guidelines and make your refinance much easier if you ever need to access the equity to scale. 

That seems like it could be a good fit for what you're looking for.

Pricing may fit your budget, but you want a strong asset and good value with upswing.

It's pretty small.Minimum horizontal footage: At least 7' wide in any direction so it can fit a bed.

Attorneys tend to be bigger picture, including legal rights, asset protection, how it fits with your estate plan and general goals, etc. 

If ever that you'll need help funding for your future investments, I’d be happy to review any project and see which program would be the best fit.

The main challenge with some of these are the dimensions of your lot and configuring the site to allow the minimum stacking of vechicles.Depending on your use, a 5000 sq ft building may be tough to fit in this size lot when looking at how much parking you want/need, building setbacks, landscaping setbacks etc.   

BiggerPockets is indeed an excellent platform for expanding your knowledge and networking.

I did have an interesting conversation with their "director of education" who spends an hour to see if potential students have what it takes to qualify for their limited number of coaching slots...in less than a half hour he decided I wasnt a good fit for their program, and hung up on me :-) My non proprietary "secret" is; think about who the buyer is, figure out what they want and give it to them.
