I did a investment lending to a company for land development project.

The population is growing, the job market is growing, and there are so many major companies moving and developing out here like Intel, Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.

What is this developers fee I see talked about?

A couple big-time development projects has recently gone underway (expansions of  hyper-wealthy member clubs)we're looking to expand into a couple new markets, but we are entirely open to other locations.So I guess my questions are...1-is there a hands-down, by-the-numbers, best location in the US to invest in 2025?

If the lender won't budge you can always refinance the parcel containing the existing home and remove the developable parcel from the new loan request.

However, I handle the biz development. 

When you buy a lot it is like buying a piece of the pie of someone's development. 

Now really looking to develop and new builds.

However, they let us know that they've hired a skilled team of developers and started working on the platform.
