I’m definitely pro 1 tax accountant, but having a dedicated RE team is never a bad thing.

Out of country investing can be done, but you have to dedicate time in order to do it properly. results will follow and I believe will always be better then being dependable on this property manger or another

I am investing in mobile homes and I want to use the exit strategy and offer seller financing, but as we know the Dodd Frank law makes that difficult,I want to find a mortgage loan originator to work with.has anyone tried to find one and if so what's your suggestions.
