I think it might be a hindrance to your brand/ reputation especially if you are using a company or LLC, many scams use Facebook messages and you don't really want to be associated with scams like that.

If they are brand new or 2 years old you should have at least 10 years of very little capex  unless they were constructed poorly. 

Everything inside is brand new, walls, kitchen, AC, heating, plumbing etc.

Looking for any and all advice on getting into real estate in the greater Seattle area I'm brand new at this and have a long way to go till I purchase my first investment however my first I plan on being a duplex or larger multiplex to reside in one of the units while I work towards more property's.

Unless you create one site/branding per property, that sells with the property,  which increases the required effort, but then not all buyers are interested in STR.
