What Mistakes Did You Make On Your First Purchase
Looking back, my first deal was horrible. I was fresh out of college and just knew after paying rent for 3-4 years, I just had to buy. I didn't negotiate. I didn't get an inspection. I didn't ask for repairs. My agent was brand new and it was her first sale. I didn't research the neighbordhood. But despite all these mistakes I've owned the property for 10 years, it stays rented, and I have about 40% equity. I'm about to do a refi and put that down on a multifamily.
