A friend of mine recommended this site after we had a discussion about how ripe the local market is and I've been hooked on the podcasts in recent weeks and am soon to be equally engaged on the forums, as well as, reading the blog posts.

I read like a mad man and have really enjoyed some of the blogs.  

You'll also notice he's been trying to bury his apology post on his blog by posting new articles every day since then. 

@Ian Ippolito I follow your very analytical blog and have learned a great deal from it. 

@Jason Carter @Tal Simpson this is exactly why I prefer getting info from locals, and people on the ground than reading reports and blogs and generic research.
