Hello,

My partner and I are new to this crazy world of real estate investing. It’s been a world-wind experience so far, and we just got started (we have one rental). We have a solid Business Plan, as well as a pretty good Business Model. They both look and sound good in theory, it’s just getting them executed at the right pace. Our Business Model isn’t about making a ton of money, but to help bring life back into time-worn properties in our town (okay, maybe make some money!) and provide beautiful properties for buyers or renters.

We have participated in a couple of the Bigger Pocket Webinars and are looking forward to participating more.
