The inherent conflict and potential for someone to come back and call foul..

Without knowing more about the specific product, it's hard to say, but you're likely facing an uphill battle in the short-term.  

I can smell a deal, but my inexperienced mind can not piece it together.

Now, the originally planned 'touch ups' turned into a new carpet (very, very bad dog pee smell), to painting all of the 1978 style wall panels (very dark and outdated look) to getting a new roof (original roof that was absolutely in pieces).

Applying my strengths and respecting my weaknesses, I feel is half the battle.

Smells like some opportunity, especially if you can get a deeper discount.

I leave by dumping entire bottle of pine sol on floor to get rid of smell.

Not to mention, the woman smelled greatly of marijuana.When I attempted to walk next door to Unit 1, she informed me that "you won't find them there," and, "I think they said they are moving."

High sheens show wall imperfections more but allow you to better wash off the grime, smoke smell, pet stuff, etc that may come!  

To me it is like the new car smell.
