Hello world, 

 This is "Day #1" in my journey to becoming a successful Real Estate Investor. My name is Jerry and I hope to learn, network and create with BiggerPockets and the BP community. 

I continue to recognize and evaluate my strengths and weaknesses and how it benefits me as a professional in the world of Real Estate.
