It's a shame. 

You hit the nail on the head , I talked to nearby buisness owners, and they said the pizza store was in action for 18 months , the proprietor was renting the space from the building owner , he bought all the equipment on credit , unfortunately for him the buisness just never took off .Apparently the product was ok but takeaway was minimal , he did not have a delivery service which probably hurt also , it’s a shame for the guy as he made a beautiful job of decorating the place etc .I’m the end he was way behind in rent and he was thrown out basically and the equipment held.

It's a shame it has come down to this greed and not business savy people can be trusted in this business.

It’s a shame tho-my classmates are always looking for housing here and they all have the $ for rent.What about portfolio lenders?

Personally, I would try hard to get the bookings, not just because it's in your interest, but many times people have booked non-refundable flights and it would be a shame to have their vacation ruined by the sale of the property, especially if it's a popular time of the year and they can't get another place.

This is not a shameful path, it is the path of discipline and strength.

While I realize that you are too young to get the license, it would be a shame if your ambition results in conduct prohibiting you from ever being able to obtain one.
