Buyers and Wholesalers

I have a serious question to ask? When buyers hunt for Wholesalers are they serious buyers or fishing for information to go around the wholesaler without paying for their hard work? I find I have come across some buyers who don't want to sign a NCND or a fee agreement for the work we put in but you are looking for wholesalers or property finders to do your work right. Hmm Well I work totally different if I have a set fee then that is my fee for my time and hard work I put in to find awesome deals not just some junk on the MLS I search do my homework and reach out to others for off market deals. So I am puzzled as to why buyers do what they do. Even the wholesalers who claim to be investors just to take your properties and claim them as their own knowing you took the time to do the work and found them but then come to you with the lies and deceit yes I said lies and deceit. There has to be a way to protect us as wholesalers from those that are not serious buyers or wholesalers who are too lazy to do the work themselves but go to others for properties. It's a shame it has come down to this greed and not business savy people can be trusted in this business. Off topic...If you cannot sign with me and agree and proof up then you will not and I repeat receive anything from me at all. If you are not a serious buyer with a bio I am sorry cannot help you. I work too hard at what I do and don't have time to play with people who fish for properties or are not serious. 2015 is right around the corner I will pray and hope most will change their actions.
