They anonymize the data by tabulating each record into a micro use area, which is larger than a Census tract, making this method redundant.

Really the benefit of LLC right now is anonymity (tenants can't look your name up online).4-units and under are considered residential and HAVE to close in your name for government loan (Fannie/Freddie).

With a Series LLC structure, you're further protected from lawsuit by an anonymity component, do not have to pay fees on multiple separate LLC's, and have the ease of simply adding properties as you go.
