I know you know the ins and outs of the house but most people are going to skim.

I’d say try  to skim for general ideas and plans, don’t get stuck looking for a blueprint.

If, however, you planned upfront to use it as an STR for a brief period just to milk depreciation - it becomes debatable. 

We lived on government cheese and powdered milk, so I know a little about the subject. 

Also use a spa sponge to skim lotions and oils. 

P.S. toss the 1/2 used Milk, you never know if they drank straight from the bottle.
