I've been a member of "the RING," a BR meetup group for the last 8-9 months or so.

(At first, we were excited to just have our phone ring, but now we measure only quality leads.)

I think for the most part my business is set up pretty good.I have all the letter reference my PO Box.I use a google voice line for all my numbers.The message on the letters are clear and do no have any information that can otherwise be misinterpreted.I have business cards/a web address (still under development)I was getting tired of all the calls to go eff myself, so now all my calls get filtered through a VA.And although I don't have any deals yet, My response rate has been pretty good, about about 10% of the addresses called me back.The cops seemed nice enough and were making me feel like I was a suspect in an illegal drug ring, so I did my best to convey to them that I was a legitament business with rental properties all around my town.

I bought my first flip yesterday at a foreclosure auction and my phone has been ringing off the hook. 30+ calls in two days from my letters.

I kinda jumped into the deep end.I put out a ton flyers in my farm area, passed out hundreds of business cards everywhere I went, and also a few bandit signs for good measure.Well...my phone has started to ring, and i have my first appointment tomorrow!

I just put the house up for rent and my phone is ringing non stop.

I know a guy who runs a pretty big trustee sale operation and whenever they buy a house they ring a bell in their office.
