It has always been a mystery to me why realtors in my area will spend the time/resources to show a house before pre-qualifying the prospective buyer.

simply google hardmoney lenders in your city state plenty will come up and most have good websites that will explain the process.. no mystery too it.although one needs to realize HML by and large want to see decent credit...

I can agree with you that seller’s may not want to sell their home to a sex offender or mass murderer, but l’d like for you to explain how they would know the offer they were reviewing came from such an offender.

Murders also need to be disclosed - does the fact that someone was murdered actually effect a new owner or tenant in a tangible way?
