First see what interests you and then get to know the person at that company that has the best grasp on those strategies, tactics, and is as transparent as possible with everyone at the company and all the customers.Good luck! 

I want to grasp as much information as I can about selling properties to contractors and builders as fast as the conditions allow.

@Alik Levin,You definitely need to talk to some professionals about what you are trying to accomplish because you do not seem to fully grasp how it works and you are getting some confusing guidance here.

I'm currently learning more about lease options and assignments, but it's something that I can't fully grasp onto yet. 

I'm also in Toronto, and I have an incredibly good and realistic grasp on the local market and rare opportunities.

I have analyzed over 30 properties in the area and have a good grasp on rents and the local area.

You just want to be sure there is a big plus.What I see a ton of is underfunded newbie investors grasping at straws trying to come up with funding for deals and that is why I tagged onto this post by @Scott W.
