Explore house hacking by purchasing a small multifamily property (e.g., duplex) using a low down payment loan, living in one unit, and renting the others.

That being said, if you’re exploring the BRRRR method, a DSCR loan could be an excellent fit for your goals.

If you're not willing to spend a couple thousand prior to sending off your money to get some data on who you're sending it to you deserve to lose your capital.
