The transformation of a house gets me excited.

After further research on ways to make passive income, my interest in real estate transformed into an elightened passion.

It was seen by some as a symbol of the pending transformation of the neighborhood... and they were right, it's now the most fashionable part of town.

I feel passionate about rehabs because I enjoy seeing the transformation and am wondering what others' experiences have been with sticking to one type of REI.

Has it transformed ?

Harv Eker , I have been able to transform my financial life for the better. 

Simple things like changing a transformer connection, repairing a magnetic motor starter, or changing the voltage on a motor, baffle them for the most part.

The transformation and feeling of accomplishment is awesome.

Basically if the owner changes his mind and decided not to sell anymore after seeing the beautiful transformation made, the only recourse I have is a mechanical lien against it and that would only prevent him from selling himself.
