For me, this was going from syndications to aggressive REI in mid q3-ish of '22 when I realized which operators foresaw this and which had no idea.

Realize you’re asking about marketing, but read your other post on the subject also.My brother and his wife just bought a place near Lucca, Italy.  

I do not have any experience with this size syndication (this is smaller than any I have ever inspected with) which is why I was comparing it to larger syndication offerings realizing it may not be an apple to apple comparison. 

If you are going to understand a business niche you need to realize you don t know what you don t know. 

Sadly people think they can generate leads out of thin air, meaning the person they called wouldn't have realized they wanted to sell their home had not the wholesaler or investor hit them up to ask if they would be willing to.

Along the way, we also realized we never received rent and it turns out the routing number was never set up in the system.

I jumped onto more active REI Q4 22 when i realized some managers had no grasp of a changing environment, and others were way ahead of it.

I see people doing them in florida, then realize they still have to do a complete foreclosure and get upset about it because they followed some guru or bad advice here on BP.

You should have realized this early on because for them to pull permits you need to have a written contract with that buddy who pulled the permits.
