I recently joined BP and plan on spending a year or so just soaking up all the information and knowledge I can about real estate investments so that I will know what I'm doing once I actually have the money saved to make a purchase.

I finally completed my profile and I'm ready to share and soak up some good info.My name is Ashley and I recently purchased my first property and completed the rehab.

Just looking to meet some like-minded investors and basically soak up as much info as possible .

At this point, I'm trying to soak up every bit of information I can about the industry before making my first deal.I would love to get started with a single family home as a rental property.

Hello everyone,I've been listening to the podcast for some time now, soaking up all the info I could get while reading various RE books that were suggested.  

And BP is also a great source for any questions you might have.On BP, soak up whatever articles/posts there are about analyzing properties, so you feel more confident when you find the right one. 

I just finished #011 tonight and have soaked up a wealth of information so far.
