Hello everyone,

I've been listening to the podcast for some time now, soaking up all the info I could get while reading various RE books that were suggested.  I've admittedly been very slow to get into the forums as I've never really used a forum before and don't completely know what to expect from it.  I get the concept, just haven't ever put it into practice, but looking forward to getting the value that I always hear about.

I live in Centennial, CO and have started a real estate investment company with two partners, @Chad Murray and @Brandon Gebers, who are located in Dallas, TX.  The three of us have been talking about starting this for sometime now and finally just purchased our first fix and flip property in NW Dallas about two weeks ago.  We look forward to many more and want to grow our business to hold rental assets as well.

The three of us are excited to meet more people in the BP community to learn from all of you and share anything we can to help others.
