Does anyone recommend a graphics company or a diy logo maker site/program?

Also.. looking at the long-term graphic you posted, doesn't it look like it's heading for a correction? 

I suppose some would say that another way to get out of the shackles is simply not to borrow, but while in some phases of our investing cycle this may be the thing to do, for the most part leverage is absolutely necessary in order to maximize returns...It's sort of graphic, the way I describe this.

My background is in graphic design, web design, social media, journalism, festival management and (more recently) property management.

It's more of a showcase store.

It cured some humidity issues we were having and made the A/C much more effective, quieted down the home tremendously, and we were able to "showcase" them (instead of covering them up), thus adding a ton of light to the home.My only regret is that we didn't do it at the proper stage.
