New Member from Loganville, Ga

Hey Ya'll,

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Mike Hurst and I am from Loganville, Ga. I am a graphic designer by day and aspiring real estate investor by night.

I have been doing a ton of researching, reading books and listening to podcasts on the this subject and decided it's finally time to take action.

I am working with a Hard Money Lender and currently looking for a single family residence to fix & flip. My team is assembled and we're ready to go(realtor and contractor). 

Now I just need to find a deal!

My plan is to fix & flip a couple of deals to build up a little bit of cash and then add buying and holding to the mix. I was inspired by Brandon Turner when I heard about the multifamily he purchased to fund his daughters college. I would like to do the same for my 1yr old, Oscar.

I look forward to meeting new folks here and continuing to learn.
