What I recommend is probably not good business practice (profit wise)  but i always build great relationships with my tenants ( also they always paid) and I had many over the years.

Our standard practice is to show tenants copy of deed, showing new owner, and a copy of our management contract to show them that new owner legally hired us - so, we're their new PMC.

Last and most importantly, 99.9% of BP posters who are concerned with asset protection and/or believe anonymity will somehow protect them can’t even articulate what they are protecting against and that’s what leads to unnecessary time and expense spent on flawed asset protection practices

From what I gather, the capital appreciation is little to none.At the moment, I am getting a 7% return from dividend-paying US ETFs with practically little time and effort.Would you consider investing in condos in Thailand that don't show more than 10 to 12% ROI and I'm talking about ROI as rental income.
