I believe usually for repairs it’s common to multiply $100/ sq ft ( for LA/Los Angeles area) but based on the upgrades he has and it being in Long Beach ( about 20min from LA) and all do u recommend a lower number per sq ft.?

Hi @Joe Bardinelli,I grew up about an hour away in Fairhope, AL and moved to Pensacola from Los Angeles in November. 

In commercial zoning code for full service restaurant for example in los angeles/glendale ca ,and possibly other areas, it says new construction requires 10 parking spots per 1000sf .

I come from multi family (MF) property ownership/management of a few properties of various sizes here in Los Angeles.

Where do you go in Los Angeles to report a suspicion of this nature?
