After seeing more and more homes and listening to more and more Bigger Pockets podcast while driving to the homes my passion for real estate has grown.

I love everything about the world of Real Estate, but my passion is Property Management and currently all I deal with is Condo Associations, not my first choice, but it works. 

But if you are managing 400 units then the ability to hire staff and delegate certain responsibilities make things a lot easier.But either way that would be a full time job for you so unless you plan on quitting your day job and truly have a passion for property management i wouldn't do it.Maybe you can look in other markets that the acquisition costs are lower then your home market and buy/hold 2-3 sfr for monthly cash flow without having to work 40 hours a week for it.

There was nothing left to sell me (which is the first thing Frank will tell you at the Boot Camp) he does it because he is passionate about it.

I am very passionate about Real Estate business as I have seen and heard several success stories and I definitely don't want to work 13 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the rest of my life.

I am passionate about working in an idustry that allows me greater control of my career while at the same time directly influencing the lives of others (while, of course, making a comfortable living doing so!).
