Seeking a mentor in Riverside, CA

Hello, I am new to this forum as well as to the Real Estate. I am very passionate about Real Estate business as I have seen and heard several success stories and I definitely don't want to work 13 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the rest of my life. It also hurts to see my parents working hard all their lives, and they need a break. Providing a break for my family is the motivation and the driving force behind my stepping into the real estate business.

I am scared at the same time as where I go for help, I sense scam and rip off. I sincerely hope to have someone who can show me the business, mentor me and in the future expect loyalty and great business ethics from my side. If anyone from Riverside, Moreno Valley or any where around this area is willing to accept a student please let me know, as I can be an asset to you in the future.
