The actual "act of syndication" is as old as time, but as we know it, the term is becoming more curated towards GP LP capital raises for CRE assets in the public eye.Syndication simply refers to the process of pooling together resources or investments from multiple individuals, entities, or organizations to collectively finance and participate in a particular venture, project, or investment opportunity (not just real estate)...I mean... the term syndication actually came from media syndications in the early 19th century so this statement is quite vague albeit.

Unless we note otherwise in the listing information or disclosures, we fix everything that is broken or not functioning properly, but we have had several recent requests that are expensive and I'm interested in your experience in handling things like:- this roof is old and we're worried that we may have to replace it (was inspected by roofer and determined to be functioning properly)- there are screens missing from some of the windows and we would like you to add them- we're concerned about the drainage and would like you to add gutters- the AC unit is old (age disclosed in disclosure docs, was tested by HVAC guy and running fine) So do you budget for this type of concession, do you "meet in the middle" or do something else?

You also must consider your understanding of the intricacies of managing a property yourself and whether you have the skills to manage a manager.Do you know anything about property maintenance, are you at all experienced or handy with tools. do you understand the functions of the different buildings trades, do you know the costs associated with the trades.If you have not been hands on involved in managing your own property it is extremely difficult to manage a property manager.
