I recently came across some software called "Combo seller generator" that is offered over at Realestateu.com.  

IT is a software system that tracks maintenance, leases, rents due (allows tenants to pay online-I think Cozy does this part)Make sure you do a thorough move in inspection with pictures, video, etc. so there is no dispute as tot he condition of the yard, toilets, hole in wall, stain in garage, etc.  

So I will design and build this software and distribute it here for everyone to use.

At the end of the 3-day workshop the students that chose not to purchase the advanced diamond training were gathered in a room were we learned that there was not such thing as unlimited searching software, but only 3 searches per month with the option of purchasing more searching power.

First, I didn't see if you were active duty or not but that might have a little influence on the decision here.  

Does anyone use property management software, and if so, what do you recommend?  

Does anyone on here use Rentec Direct for their property management software?  

I know there's tons of software for rentals and managing tenants, etc.
