Has anybody bought a realestateu.com product?

Hey everyone, Good evening.  I recently came across some software called "Combo seller generator" that is offered over at Realestateu.com.  The softwares objective is to combine names and address from multiple list so you can find potential sellers with multiple areas of motivation for selling their house.   Just curious if anyone here has used it and if so what you think.
