Google searches instantly through thousands of web sites to give the ones that that Google trusts and are the best result for the search term you have used...Web sites like AVVO are independent lawyer rating services.

I am pretty independent and a self starter so on one hand I would like to go out alone.

Does anyone do radon/surveying independently or just have the main inspector do that?

My goal is cash flow and financial independence. 

It is a safety device that works independently of the regular thermostat. 

This route would probably be as a "Broker-Agent" meaning you'd have greater recognition of being a broker but you'd be dealing under another broker as an agent.Being an independent broker isn't cost effective just dealing for yourself.

Since the real estate in the San Francisco area is ridiculous, and ultimately unaffordable for me, I'm looking to do business outside of the area.I have a pretty big focus on using various investments as a vehicle to reach financial independence early on, and REI is another way for me to diversify. 

Suggestion:  Tenant ratings should be independent of the neighborhoods they may have been last found in.  

Their program is accessible through independent insurance agents like myself.Keep in mind that NFIP still sets the rates, so the only difference in the program is broader coverages and high deductible options.
