Hello All,

My name is Forrest and I am a new member here at bigger pockets. I am fairly new to REI but have become extremely passionate as of late. I am currently working towards closing on the contract of my first 3/2 SFR that will be used as a cash flow property. My goal is cash flow and financial independence. My primary interests are investing in Buy and Hold Rental Properties for the long term.
