I told the maid owner to ignore her which she did after she apologized to the tenant.Nov 1: Rent not paidNov 1-4: I reminded her that rent was late and there is now a late fee. 

I found BP and started listening to the Podcast while living in Hawaii, but with the outrageous market out there and impending move I decided to stay on receive mode until we got settled in Northern VA.
