I almost walked away from a grand slam on my first deal but y'all helped immensely!

Our current project is estimated to be 15%.Just a note, there is a directive from city council to crack down on unauthorized suites where as in the past there were dealt with on a complaint basis, now, they have a department (albeit immensely short staffed) dedicated to the task

I listened to untold hours of Biggerpockets podcasts, which helped immensely, but I found myself doing things that Podcaster and books advised against.

I too have an immense respect for everyone's time and effort, but at the same time, I think that collaboration will pay off.I am going to keep pursuing finding the "right" agents.

Does this strategy for part 2 include talking to local builders that might finance themselves, if so, how do I approach in a professional manner these individuals.I would be immensely grateful for any response.

Since then I have learned an immense amount of Knowledge through the podcasts, and the real estate books referred by Josh, Brandon and their guests in the show.

Took a while to find a groove, but the commitment to networking and building partnerships has paid off immensely.
