I sent a gentle letter to that owner asking if they could talk to their tenant. 2 weeks later, haven't heard back.Then on Friday night, my tenant called me to tell me the neighbor stopped over, was very aggressive - seemed unhinged and during the conversation, pulled a gun our of his jacket and pointed it at my tenant.

Guests staying this long generally understand they will be getting more themselves but it doesn't hurt to gently remind them.- I have a local service, PullPalz, that comes weekly to take my trash and recycling bins to the street.

@Troy Whitney My son is a union carpenter in Seattle and area, he recently worked on a multi story apartment building the developer was using components from a EU country-maybe Poland-they got most of the building up-walls and floors-the building started to accumulate moisture inside the wall components which were very water tight and would not release the liquid.
