@Brian Breiding seems odd for a bank to flat out refuse to refinance a property.

I would find one that works for a flat rate as oppose to an hourly.Above all else never lose your composure.

Large flat walls are cheaper than small areas with lots of cuts & corners.It will take a small crew about 7-10 days to hang drywall, tape and mud, then let it dry a day or two, then sand, mud again, dry again and sand again, finish and clean up.

The land does have a Storm Draineasement running through part of it and it's not completely flat.
