@William E. this house does have wood rot in one of the floors in a bedroom.. plus yes, the neighborhood is why I am so hesitant, yes there is revitalization happening but it's not quite there yet, and as a female I worry about this.

It seems like one of the partners (the female) got upset because she had conversations with the workers and found out some pertinent details on the transaction and jumped to conclusions. 

Can they be in an advisory position (Board of Directors) or do they have to be a partner with equity. 

(I was also under the impression it was a couple and two children, since that point a mother of the female tenant has been revealed as living there). 

When I gave my resignation, as her marketing director, she actively tried to hide the fact that she was about to accept an offer on a property she had promised me a commission on.
