My problem is every area I look at in the US that has enticing prices also has high crime.

I think I’ll ask around and see if it’s enticing to any sellers agents if not I’ll stick with having my own buyers agent.

They are tired landlords and I feel like once they have a reality check and realize that their property isn't worth that much in the condition it's in then my offer of AS-IS might start to sound more enticing to them.

I'm torn between three enticing listings.

For these firms it's an ego stroke  to the agents for a low fee to entice volume growth at the company.Find an investor brokerage to hang the license with.

It may or may not entice them to get it paid, but unfortunately there is not much else you can do. 

Typically we set our coin ops slightly below the area laundromats to entice our tenants to do laundry at the property.

Section 8 isn't my bag, but I'm only chiming in to say that I don't believe there are any lending programs that have different terms for property used as a Section 8 Rental.Now there are local programs in the Greenville Community that are in place to entice people to rent to Section 8 tenants.

Being able to manage the rehab, DIY when I can, cut out property management to start off, etc. are all enticing me to stay local. 

It's very enticing to look at a project and think that if everything goes right I can make $$$.
