Hello every one:  Wanted to reach out to investor- RE agents based our to GA for guidance. Thanks in advance.

I am a investor based out of Alpharetta, GA and looking for a investor friendly broker to hang my license. I am looking for a low monthly fee (< 75~100) for now and a mid to small size firm.  I am aware training is very important for new agents.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com Check with investor agents at the meeting see who they hang with and why.
