Running comps can be a bit difficult on the island. 

Hi All - I have worked in banking for much of my career but would like to possibly transition to a role in property management or facility operations. 

Prior to the corona virus pandemic i had a good amount of deals coming through the funnel but over the last couple weeks it’s been difficult to find any fitting my criteria.

As I matured in my career I have expanded my lender network and product line with the goal of carrying a very wide variety mortgage products at the best rates.

With that being said, I feel that with this being a side gig for me, because I still have a career in distribution and sales, I am a bit overwhelmed with the paper flow. 

Finding a lender in 2nd position on an investment property is extremely difficult in todays climate.

I had NO CLUE what I was doing when I got this property under contract, but I knew in my gut I had something AWESOME that could change the trajectory of my life & real estate experience & career.

BTW, I have a great agent, an 800+ credit score, a high paying tech job, no debt besides my mortgage, a home that's difficult to get a HELOC on because appraisers can't figure out what it's worth (I live in the country in a very unique mid century home), but only a small amount of cash.

Because concrete is really porous it's very difficult to get everything out of it once it's in - usually you're only breaking down things right at the surface and they tend to bleed back through capillary action (moisture moving through the concrete).

Trying to house hack in Los Angeles which is obviously really difficult.
