Developers do it all the time (I get the legal post card notices in the mail and constantly see the "cookie cutter" 3 flat condos going up everywhere SFH used to be) so I know it's possible just not sure timeline, cost and politics to make it happen.

I think most courts agree that FMV of a foreclosed property is establish by the high bid at an open auction and an appraisal should confirm that unless the auction is rigged

You can make a connection with a person through cold calling and that will help tremendously where if you just get their name and email from FB or another company, and then send them cookie cutter emails then your exactly the same as the other agents.
