The owner (he was using it as a small church) took a liking to me and my partner, saying, "I like you.

I drove past my old church last year.

We have a church prison ministry that goes into the prison in Jessup. 

As far as those who are married, they probably prefer to stay where they are because they have already established their roots in a community such as being part of a church or being accustom to their surroundings.  

My initial plan is to take this 600k buy a ~600k house and Christmas tree farm in the Oregon countryside and spend my time investing in my family, friends church, and community.
