HOUSE HACK / HOME CHURCH Looking for partners and financing

My family and I are looking at a FSBO home that would work as a house hack / rental / vacation rental, and also work for a ministry/house church. It was even mentioned in the description of the house that the large room would work for a "home church". The home owners built the house with ministry in mind, and we have been praying with them to see if we can figure something out. We are looking for those that may be interested in partnering with us in the purchase of the home.
