I was researching, studying the big brands (Homevestors, Expresshomebuyers, etc) and my local competition.

Tear down the 3-4 unit and build several brand new townhomes ,condos or small lot homes.

I am thankful for this site and the wisdom and guidance it provides to brand new members all the way to those who have been investing for decades.

I’d like to setup a sub-portfolio with the complex’s own branding, phone number, etc that is different from our parent company’s brand.

I’m brand new to REI and am just looking for some guidance.

I believe one brand is called Lizard Skin.

@Brandon Pelfrey - I have purchased a duplex that was completely remodeled with almost everything being brand new.

Hi Guys,Brand new landlord here and was hoping the BP family could help.I had some tenants move in and signed a lease indicating no pets and making no meantion of any emotional support animal.One month after move in, I drove to the property and they had a dog.  

And, like you, I feel constrained on what I can do on my flips given the footprint of the homes (built mostly in the 1940's - 1950's) and it's frustrating when a potential buyer "complains" about certain things like they are buying a brand new home.
