Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Big fan of the BP podcasts. I’m brand new to REI and am just looking for some guidance. I’m currently working in Atlanta full-time and would like to jump into real estate investing on the side. I rent an apartment and am wondering whether or not I should buy my own place before investing in rental property? My ultimate goal is to have side income through rental properties and to eventually reach financial independence. I’m also willing to assist other investors in the Atlanta area in order to learn the business. Have a great weekend.
