A quick clarification... some posters (Anti Guru, for one) have mentioned that high Debt to Income ratio will lower your FICO.

Also the rent control laws are very anti landlord/pro tenant.

Our local inspector had no problem with aluminum wiring, but each area is different.The concern with aluminum wiring is that it oxidizes over time and can cause bad connections and heat...and then possibly fire.

Once again this year the 90 day anti-flipping rules has been waived through the end of the year.
