Collect the wining judgement is a different matter.You will need to take the whole floor & padding out, treat the subfloor with special cleaning stuffs a couple of times, until the smell gone away, and then put in new flooring.

@George Wines I'm a bit confused by your question.

It doesn't look too bad, but one problem is the roof : layers of asphalt shingles over old wooden shake shingles.
