I'm a proud Nurse, but Covid has me rethinking a few thingsssss...let me just be honest. :)  But real estate has always been my, secret, second love.

It does not have to be a stereotypical old man/old lady that is just wanting money to go into a nursing home.

Dad has now passed and mom is in a nursing home with dementia, and none of the kids live in town. 

That says there is a job for every person in the country right now, there is just a lack of persons willingness to work those jobs and it NUTS because we are talking some damn good jobs too; plumber, electrician, nursing assistant, nurse on and on and on. 

We live in the Bay Area, my wife is a nurse and I work in the software industry.

The owner wants to sell but doesn't want to lose Medicaid because it's paying for their nursing home.

It looks like they only cater to traveling nurses and professionals so I do hope I get tenants from them first.

I'm a travel nurse from Detroit looking to do an assignment in Seattle, WA in November and was wondering if any investors had any month to month leases available in the area for a travel nurse. 

She is currently in a nursing home and according to him she has alzheimer's.

It is located near a hospital to attract patients, medical students and traveling nurses and doctors.
