I have done Edgar searches for Form Ds that list Real Estate in their filing.  

I filed a claim and my insurance company is estimating the damage currently.

I  had a different issue on a property and they put a letter of explanation I wrote in the file, but again it was a different issue. 

If I just sell with no 1031, I have the funds to invest right away in alternative asset classes but  have to set some aside for settling capital gains tax and depreciation recapture when filing taxes next year.

Obviously I don't want this person filing my return, I'm already in touch with others.

Reviewing the files, I can see that it's not set up correctly and they are using old desktop version, so it's clunky.

I read how easy it is for scam artist to file fake papers with the county court clerk in order to foreclosure on properties.

It's where landlords have the ability to submit evidence within a week or two of the dispute being filed by the tenant, and then the tenant's bank reviews everything.
