@Brandon Morgan I think you can go it alone but if it’s been vacant 2 months clearly you need to either lower the rent amount or figure out how to do a mass showing like another poster mentioned where you get the property shown to multiple people quickly.

Honestly, it's not my job to figure out where the money comes from or if it raises the deficit, it's the government's job to collect revenue from corporations and wealthy Americans to make it available for these programs to succeed.
